Nitrous for $300, yes, no?
so my friend will sell me his 3 day old Zex dry kit for $300 installed. Should I go for it?

EDIT: What all do I need to run this well...I mean NEED, not what would be nice...

be smart with the nitrous, or you'll end up buying yourself a new motor.
like neo1z said, go down 2 steps, and get colder plugs. retarding ignition timing won't be needed with a small shot (assuming a 50) although many people will have different opinions. i would also recommend an aftermarket clutch, your stock one won't last forever with nitrous.

You might want a bottle warmer also.
EDIT: Some gauges that tell you what is happening might also be a good preventative measure.

cool, yeah, I am only planning on running a 50, just for some fun until I can save up money. I have a brand new (7K miles) OEM clutch that should hold up until mid summer when I get some sort of FI. How much are the colder plugs? Also, this kit was on a Probe, does that matter?

$300 installed, go for it. I would at least get a new fuel pump. Thats all I have plus colder plugs and run 75. Bottle warmer makes a night and day difference but its getting summer so you might hold off.
