when my car runs for a wile my Af gauge starts to read lean. Then after a little wile it will begin to run normal again. Could my fuel pump be going out because it will start to whine when I come to a stop.

Did you install a wide band O2 sensor? If not, your reading will probably bounce around alot to the point where its not all that acurate. By the way, I am interested in what I/H/E mods you have done to your car and how many miles you are getting to a tank of gas.
