Zex camshaft for a D16Z6 or a crower...
k heres the deal.... i want a nice power gaining cam for my Z6.... search on the CRX forum was very limited and no info was really found (jus tsome homie asking if its good to get a cam gear with a camshaft, doh!)
anyways this goes to anyone that has purchased a Zex cam or a crower cam... i am still choosing... the main purpose of this cam will be more power tru ouit the whole power band and daily driven basis..... i want more opinions on people around here....
at Zex i am looking into the #59300
adv duration 260/268 deg
duration @ 0.050 its 220/216 deg
max valve lift .455/.430
centerline 107/111 deg
lash .007/.009 deg
as for crower stage 1
adv duration 259/235 deg
duration @ 0.050 224/196 deg
gross lift w/1.6int/1.8exh 405/383 deg
the rest of the crower says that they are more designed for turbo aplications... so this one basically suites more my needs....
anyways.. cna someone help me choose the more convenient.... any tips, info, comments on the specs....

i dont trust crowers VTEC cams. there non VETC ones are ok but the VTECs ones I herd of breaking and that is no good. I have searched and read good results about the ZEX cam. How much do they both cost?

Check out http://www.exospeed.com . I've been talking to Mark the guy over there. They seem to have pretty good products and services.
