can anyone suggest a good tuner in PA/NJ?

Looking for reasonable tuner who does good reliable work, guy near me is kind of shady. Anywhere in PA really or parts of NJ. I am located outside of Philadelphia. Pone number might help too.

What your set up?
I have a hook up on dyno time and my tuner is great with hondata .

Well probably a turbo on an ls and a friend is perhaps interested in a 5 speed conversion.
