I think that it has too many bends, which will impede flow to a certain extent...also any concerns with that much heat by your tie rod ends, back side of the brakes, cv boots...

probably routed it that way for maximum ground clearance - other than that I agree with Austin's comments

That sharp 90 degree bend just after the collector, can't be a good thing.

If you want that extreme of a header, just run a side exit exhaust.

I like the way it looks maybe put an exhaust cut out before the bend?
