Default Home made grills

any body have them..anyone reccomend doing this? I cut out my bumper grill and was gonna put some grill craft looking stuff on..should I do this or leave the grill open (cut) like it is? any pix would be helpfull...any comments appricated

i say leave it the way it is. the diy'er grill (a.k.a. "the chicken fence" ) looks tacky.

nothing wrong with it..but dont over do it..
paint them black, they look better that way

I did one on my buddy's Pick Up Truck. It took 10 min to install and 10 min to cut and shape. Really simple. Get a high enough gauge of mesh so that it is noticable but if you want to paint it black then it dont matter because nobody will see it anyways.
