Default Evaporator under dash

To those of you who have removed their AC, when taking out the evaporator underneath the dash, what part did you replace it with, part number? Also by taking out the evaporator will air still come out of the vents as strong, or at all?

I'm just concerned if I can have heat in the car for the cold nights. Thanks.

Replace it with the 1997 ITR heater duct.

Quick reply! Would you be able to source a part number by any chance?

Nope, sorry.

I bought one from Carland Acura online so I can't find the part number.

I left mine in for now until I find a buyer for my A/C, then I'll have them trade me.

What is the price on that? I thought I remember like $70?

I think that's a close ballpark figure.

While were on the subject of A/C, i remember an article a long time ago (probably 1 year +) that had pictures of how to clean out the A/C filter thing under the dash. Maybe it was the heater, i can't remember. If anyone has pictures or links to that it would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure mine is due for a cleaning.
