aye can someone tell me why i hear a humming sound coming from my wheels or somewhere around there whenever im making really slow turns and especially during u-turns. thanks.

 

Could be a number of things. How many miles are on the car?

Does it make a continuous humming? Or does it "throb"? Could be your wheel bearings. Could just be your power steering pump when you're making a full extension on the steering wheel.

 

im approching 90k. there is no vibration at all. just a humming sound. although when i put the car in reverse and somewhat gas it, there is some vibration up front. i just want to make sure everything is ok before i drop my car and install my gorund control coilovers and tokico blues.

Sorry don't know exactly dude. Only thing that can hum in the wheel area is are your wheel/hub bearings.

But from what you said, it's only doing it under certain conditions. Hard to say, dude. Good luck.

its not even lowered yet. could that be possible still?
