Default a question how much should you retard your timing

how much should you retard your timing on a d16(if that matters) running a 50 shot?
what are the best ways of doing that?
is it easy or hard?

best way = MSD BTM
easiest way = turn your distributor towards the headlights, using a timing gun.

50 shot timing retard degrees should be listed in the kit instructions, i'm not sure if you are supposed to retard on a 50 shot.

yeah..i wouldnt retard on a 50 shot. it actually is worst to retard the timing on a small shot like that. They make it so u can use a 50 shot on a stock engine.
