n2o bad? Supercharge or turbocharge?

Is nitrous bad for your engine? Should I go supercharger or turbocharger?
BTW I have a 90 accord ex w/ an JDM h22a swap

nitrous isnt bad at all . at least not any worse thna super or turbo

I've always heard that nitrous is really bad for your engine and will tear it up that a supercharger is more reliable and won't do damage as bad as nitrous

thats all busllhit. with any set up its all in tuning . i have ran 100 shot on my car for over 2 yrs, and my car is still strong as hell now on boost .
my motor has taken many beatings, and still holds like a champ

The people that say that are ignorant, moronic tools. There have been many more H22s blown because of FI on preludeonline.com than nitrous'd cars(None have blown from nitrous on PO.com).
