93 delsol, rear lca bolts broken, sway bar install.

93 delsol, rear lca bolts broken, sway bar install.
Ok, here is the deal, both rear lca bolts are broken the heads sheared right off.
Now I have aquired a progress 22mm rear bar with all the hardware.
To install this I have to spin(rotate 180) the rear shocks right? I will have to heat and remove the welded nuts that are attached to the shock. Can i just get new rear bolts and nuts then install or is there something else I need to do?
