question about silverstars...

why not just get 9006 instead of doing a 9005 conversion?

Because the 9005's don't have the ceramic coated tip which makes them a lot brighter. Brighter=whiter light.

i did the 9005 conversion with the silverstar 9005's in my 9006 socket. EXTREMELY white, i'm glad i did it. helps a lot on dark street where streetlighting is minimal
