what type of flange do you need for a 3 inch down pipe?

Default what type of flange do you need for a 3 inch down pipe?

i want to get a 3 inch down pipe made but dont know what type of flange to get for a t3/t04e. can anyone help?

Depends on what Turbine Housing your using.
If it's five bolt go with a five bolt flange
If it's four bolt go with a four bolt flange

ive looked at that sight and the flange there seelling is the one i bought but the muffler guy said it wont fit a 3inch. i bought the 5 bolt flange.

that is the correct flange. Your exhaust wheel on the turbo is probably only 2.5" anyways so you just tack a 3" piece to the standard 2.5" downpipe flange and go from there. Or you could use your other downpipe(2.5") if you have one and leave a short section of 2.5 then flare to 3".

yeah thats how i have it now 2.5 flare to 3 but i see everyone that has a 3in right from the flange and that looks much better. ill take the flange to another guy a see what he saids. thanks for the info.
