Taking out all your side panels, your carpeting, and all the other crap along with your sound deadening would most likely remove just under 100 lbs.

wouldnt be a fun process, but you could get bout 20-30 lbs with just the under-carpet removal....not sure what you would get with the rest...good luck

I used an air hammer with the chisel blade and got out 30lbs just out of the front of the car in under an hour. I never weighed the rest of it cause i did by hand before i got the air chisel.

On my '96 CX I took out all of the tar from the interior, except for maybe some up underneath the dash, and it was 17 lbs...2 buckets full. It was a pain in the *** to take out and made the car a little noisier....hehe

when i did it i didnt want to scratch the primer under the tar(ok i was alittle too ****) so i used a heat gun and a sqeegie.....it worked perfectly no scratches...but it took alittle while, dont try to do it on a cold day though, it makes it 30 times harder

and get some solvent and a brillo pad sponge and clean off all the left overs, that takes a bit too....and dont drive your car for a bit after the solvent, because its pretty strong, i made the mistake of driving after, had to pull over and roll down the windows for an hour, i was getting dizzy
