Default whining noise coming from the front left wheel

sounds like something is hitting metal but the brakes are fine just been replaced. the tie rod end does need a new one but that shouldnt make that sound anyhow. we just finished fixing the axle and now its starting to make this noise after 2 hours of usage.

Describe the whining noise and tell us the circumstances under which it begins/stops. It may be your brakedust shield resting on the rotor...they bend easilly.
