Default Best S2K Plastic Window Cleaner?

My S2000's plastic rear window is all fudged up with white crap. I tried Meguire's Clear Plastic Cleaner, Meguire's Clear Plastic Polish, Windex, soap and water all with no luck.

Did a search and found some other products that people were happy with but what is the best from your experience? What should I try next?

I listed a few off the top of my head here. You can add more obviously. Any help would be fantastic...

the Meguiers stuff is a two step process.

use the cleaner buff it on hard core, maybe apply it and wipe it off twice.
Then apply the polish.

You must do it on the outside AND the inside at the same time to get good results.
I did it and my window was good for about a month.

Of course... YOUR TOP SHOULD BE DOWN ANYWAY!!!!

Plexis works the best that I have found, I have used standard cleaner wax with great results though, I have pictures buried somewhere on my hard drive but at 25K miles or so you simply could not see out the back window spent about 1 hour rubbing the back window on the inside with the wax and now clear as a bell, once you get it cleaned though get a muz mat and then you dont have to worry about this ever again.

StormBringer,

What is "muz mat"? I'm assuming it protects the plastic, right?

Also, are you saying that the S2000 window mostly gets fawked up on the inside because I can't tell what side it is on mine.

Muz is an Australian company that makes various products for the S.
They are very good people btw.
When the top is down the plastic window sits on that hard plastic tray behind the seats. over time this tray and the dirt that it holds scratches up the window.
Some people have had luck getting honda to replace the window under warranty, but Muz has a soft carpet mat that you can place in the tray to prevent this from happening.

You need to be carefull of Muz you can end up spending a lot of money at his site
;-). The rear window protector that he makes and the leather middle consul are the two best and easy mods to do to a 00 01 S2000. You can make a muz mat like I did with a microfiber cloth it was cheaper then buying from him but in all honesty it looks kind of hokey.

He also makes killer floor mat, they are some type of special material and having seen them in person they are 200X better then the stock ones.
