Default Spark retard for boost??????

Alrighty, my blocks comin back from the shop on Friday and i'm slappin' this bitch together. So know i'm tryin to get all this fine tuning straight. The question is pretty straight forward... how much retard to use for every pound of boost. I will run 10-12 street and 20 track. Thanks

.5 degree per pound is a blend of conservative and aggresive tuning. On high compression i use .75 degree's per pound, on low compression i use .5 degree per pound. Timing adds power to a certain degree. After a certain point you only gain excess cylinder pressure, and no power gains i.e detonation.

Man , i love u guys. H-T has been my rebuild savior. This is my first rebuild, and i do have a fair amount of knowledge on engines, i've just never done a full rebuild by myself. All i have to say it would have been alot tougher without u guys. *fighting back tears* lol , thanks again
