Default weird oil leak(i guess)

there is no oil on the floor of the garage and it really never is low on oil unless I beat it and it is near the time for a oil change. the car has been sitting since late Oct-early Nov. and I start it every now and again but no real driving. when I start the car and it warms up if I rev it over 2 or 3 grand smoke comes from the back of the block below the IM. it smells like oil and I felt around the filter and I didn't feel any oil laying around back there. Anyone have any idea what it is?

yeah it has DC JDM 4-1 headers on it now.....it is in the garage cause it doesn't go in the snow at all....I drove it for 3 winters before this and I finally got a good daily driver so I could put it away and save some insureance money

Only things that hold oil is the motor and the trans. Might be an axle seal.

Also check and make sure the tube is connected to the black box on the back of your motor. If it is disconnected, gray smoke will come out. I think its called an oil seperator, not quite sure on the name though.

PCV valve.... positive crankcase ventilation

is the PCV valve below the IM? how close is it to the oil filter....I was under the car today looking around. it looks like oil is on the tranny side of the block but it looks like it has been there for awhile cause it is sludgy plus it is kind of below the oil filter. let me know what you think.

If your facing your engine from outside the car, the black box is to the left and a little below the oil filter. Hard to see because of the intake manifold. Most likely it is an axle seal, but its impossible to tell unless i were to see the car.
