Rear Diffuser
The rear bumper on many vehicles can essentially act as a parachute given the car is traveling at a high enough rate of speed. The purpose of the diffuser is simple to let the air pass through limiting such an effect.
the str one is just a plate that goes over a cutout in the rear bumper to let air out so it doesn't act like a parachute
a real diffuser is designed to use the air flow coming from under the car to create downforce on the rear end.
