Their called rear wind diffusers. Its supposed to keep your car more stable at higher speeds by making it more aerodynamic. I have some on my car and their by STR.I dont have any pictures but I'll try to get some up soon.

speed holes, they definitely do something. I got a tenth out of holes in the back and a lip on the front, working togeather to keep air out from under the car, and keeping the air that did get under there from getting trapped.

Main reason for the diffuser on the rear bumper is to let the wind/air pass through and not create a drag/resistance on the rear of the car...
Some like hte look others have a few choice words to say. to each his own. Good luck in what you may choose...

I really hope you're kidding. It's called a rear diffuser, and it doesn't do a whole helluva lot. Taking the rear bumper off does more than those little things does. Also adding a plate to keep air from getting under the bumper is more effective and not nearly as goofy looking.

i got a tenth, that is not kidding, try taking a rear bumper and holding it out the window at 106 mph, your engine could be taking that engery and make your car go faster.

Re: (litterbox)
ummm, the sticker was a joke for about 2 weeks, and my only external body mods were clear corners (because i cracked a stock one) and the holes in the back. Lets be honest, a 12 second car with only this? not rice, never rice.
lol that sticker was the ****! at least it wasn't a roll call of **** i didnt have (oh my that would be ricer)
If you want holes, buy my old bumper (white one in the pic) for like 10 bucks. I'm building an alum diffuser for the next phase of the project.
