Somebody was telling me that the best camshafts for my 1849cc sohc vtec motor are skunk2 racing camshaft or the type r camshaft.
Is this true??

what is a f18b motor?

 

skunk2 doesnt make a cam for that motor and what Type R came with a sohc f18b? Get a swap or a reground cam

 

What country are you in?

 

What year is your honda and what make. I have never heard of a F18. If you are talking about a B18 then skunk or Toda make good cams for your motor.

yes with an adjustable cam gear and proper tunning on the dyno you can expect significant performance gains.
