What shocks to use with h&r's????
ARe these sport or race springs? What are good shocks to go with these on a crx. I was thinking either koni's or bilstein.... I will also need a camber kit to install these?? Anything else needed?

those look like sport springs to me
konis or bilsteins would be an excellent choice, but you can grab cheaper shocks since the sports are pretty soft springs
and you most likely wont need a camber kit with these springs

there sports..i just got the same ones..no need for camber kit...I love them..you could run tokico blues since they are softer springs (still stiff enuf)...id go with bilstein or tokico
For shock choice...all depends on what you want from the shock.
Tokico blues = Not adjustable, will hold up decently, pretty cheap.
Tokico Illuminas = very adjustable, but not as nice as Koni's, since you need to take them off the car to adjust them.
Bilsteins = not adjustable, but built much better than the Tokico Blues, also revalvable in case you want to go with some high-rate coilover springs later on down the road.

Thanks for the info guys...
When you say these are softer springs, will i notice a significant change from my stock setup?? Or are you saying these are softer compared to race springs?? Would this be a good setup if i plan into getting into autocross this summer?

in my case soft compared to skunk 2's....since skunk 2's have some stiff as spring rates...the H&R is stiffer than stock by far..should be good for auto x...If you auto X id get adjustable struts i.e. illumnas or koni yellows

Incorrect! You do NOT need to remove Illuminas from the car to adjust them. Their is a dial on top that you turn with a small screw driver to select one of 5 settings.

i had those on my other crx. i kept the stock shocks, but did need a camber kit for the front. the back camber was fine, but I put the kit ont he back aswell.
