please help idle problems

please help idle problems
ok now every time i start my car if its cold it freakin struggles to stay on 
i have to give it gas to stay runnin but wen i do that it runns like its poppin. well im gonna take a look at it come sunday my day off i reasently replaced my ls motor
i got a b18b 94 in a 94 coupe
the car runns strong after it warms up a bit dunno if theres a sensor that could be broken or i forgot to plug somethin back up
any good info wouold be cool
