heres the deal, on my 93 civic dx coupe the lid that opens to my gas cap doesnt close flush so it sticks out from the body a bit. How in the hell can I fix this? It is really annoying.

 

If you open the door and just kind of bend the tab outwards a little bit it should do the trick. Just keep playing around with how far you bend it and you will get it right eventually. Trust me, I have done it to 3 Hondas so far now.

 

Good, I need mine to stick out a little. I always have to pull the lever and slap it for it to open... The spring that opens it is missing... I bought the car without it.
