Default Shocks and tires

I have to change the shocks in my car (91 CRX si). I would like to know which ones are the best for staying in the stock class (GS) and what is the price......

The same question regarding tires......

any feedback would be appreciated....
Thanks...

Seconded.

koni-- $565ish for all four from shox.com or Tire Rack
hoosier--What can you fit on a 14X5.5? $158 each or $173 heat cycled for 205/55/14 also from Tire Rack.

Wish I could afford race tires this year

victoracers last much longer, harder to flatspot, and cheaper.
