Does anyone ever have trouble opening their trunk(2 door) with the latch. Sometimes when I use the latch it opens with no problem. Now it just doesn't open, the latch moves but it seems like the hatch is locked even though it isn't. Just wondering.

yeah...bad design.

 

i use to have problems with my hatch latch inside the car (94-97). sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt. but i always heard it clickin like it was unlocking. one day i got rid of my rice spoiler and ever since never had a problem with it. i guess the weight of the spoiler kept it down at times.
