Default crazy idle after trying to adjust?

I went to up my idle rpm by like 200 or so, now though it seems to have zero effect and none the less my car has the jumping idle (revs to 1600- drops to 1200... revs to 1600- drops to 1200... etc, etc.)

Driving me nuts... I waited till the car was full warm and all accessories off when I set the idle... still would not take and now I have this other ****.

Any suggestions... could I have gone too far with the adjustment screw one way or another?

Did you pull the IAC plug in this picture before trying it?

always adjust your base idle with the EAVC/IAC unplugged, NO load (as in no AC/radio/lights/anything on) and the service connector jumped.

thank you very much and have a nice day.

I think I found my problem... fast idle valve was disconnected.
