anyone running a Garrett t3-60 in a stock LS? Im going to build my GSR block but in the mean time I got an LS motor that I want to play around with
I just want to know how streetable its going to be and how much boost should I run want to stay around 250-280 if possible.. thanks

 

Are you talking about a t3 super 60 or t3/60-1?

i have a stock LS with T3/T04E on it now... i will be getting my 60-1 in a few days however and will be putting it on immediatly, ill let you know how it goes...got a built motor in the works also also boostaholic has one on his stock LS you could ask him. 60-1

I'm running an Innovative Turbo t3/60-1. Putting down ~280whp at 12psi, very streetable except when the torque comes on

 

With the power you are wanting, you dont need a 60-1. A t3/T04E either a 57 or 60 trim will do the job.

Very true. I only opted for the t3/60-1 since i plan on pushing a lot more power down the road with a stronger block, but i couldn't stand being just NA with the stock LS while i finished building my other motor.

 

I have no choice art I already have the t3 60-1 we'll see what happens but 280whp doesn't seem bad to me

 

ah man, you should have told me from the begining and I would have said, sure you can make that power..lol
