CE light caused my distributor?
if the bearing is going out start saving your pennies cause that is either a ditributor rebuild o a brand new one, well i guess or a used one, any way they are not cheap. I had my distributor bearing seize about 2 years ago the engine wouldnt even crank, as far a MIL you'd have to tell me what code it is to see if its related. If it was a CKP or CMP sensor then yes it would be tied in with the distributor
Thanks, yea i just picked up my car from inlien and things have not been goin very well. Hopefully the ource of the all the problems will be the distributor. I just ordered a new one from ebay for liek 175 bucks, good deal. Ill let u know the code once i get a chance.
I just ordered one off of ebay from the same person for $175 too. Mine sounds horrible and I don't want it to seize so I'm not driving it until I put the new one on. You can't beat that deal... $220 overnighted for everything brand new... honda wants $330 for just the housing.
Ok, when i went to check the code for the ce light on the car, after it sittin all night, the CE light is now off??? But my EGT's r still very very low...cant figure it out.
