Now I'm planning on getting a lsd, just because im tired of one wheel spin outs... and no traction... but what i really want to know is how hard is it to make it work? i can get it for $895.00, what kind of troubles should i expect?? since im not to knowledgeable with LSD's?
i've done them shouldn't be hard at all just go slow and remember where everything goes the hard part is pulling the speed sensor ring gear off the stock diff. i advise you buy new stock honda differential bearings too. you can rent a puller from your local auto store or some

Thanks, I really wanted to know if it would take along time... cuz to save the trouble i might just have a shop do it so i dont **** it up.... I'm limited on space and time to do work by myself...

uh....why use it on a SOHC motor??? pointless i think....
As for the actual question, transmissions are very simple yet incredibly precise machines. They're easy to take apart, but they're also easy to **** up. Work SLOW, be patient, keep everything CLEAN (I'm talking near hospital sterility), and pay attention to how everything comes apart. Remember: if it won't go, DO NOT force it.

Why not? Maybe he autocrosses and needs an LSD? Or maybe he's turbocharged and needs the LSD? SOHC does not always equal slow. Don't be a ******** and stop being ignorant.
