You mean the fender liner (black plastic that keeps crap from the wheels from flying into the engine?). It is held on with plastic screws.

Just when you take it off take a look there is a chance that it could have but it might not have?? The plastic pieces are little things that push through then there is a plastic screw that goes inside of them they would basically be like a thing you would get for drywall. Or instead of going to Honda for them you could pull them off a car in the junkyard......

It may or may not have cut your boot take a look when your under there fixing the inner panel. And what I meant to say is when your taking off the plastic thast wrapped around the A-arm.....
