these will be going on my 90 civic HB w/ a b16 swap
im trying to decide between the two, i dont know much about the reliability and warranty of the tien SS coilovers if any of you know anything i would appreciate it.
just give pros and cons of each, i know the tien setup will be about $150 more
about $700-750 for the ground control setup
about $900 for the tien SS kit
thanks -Daniel

Spend the extra 2 bills on something that will extremely ride and handle better.
EDIT: I might be thinking of the Tein RA's

you CANNOT compare koni's with KYB's.. kyb's absolutely suck. no two words about them.. i'll never buy them again..
i say koni's and ground control.. unless you're really doing serious racing, which i still wouldn't want to go with teins anyway, i'd go with a normal fully threaded shock/coil over.. the coil over sleeve offered by ground control is just fine for autox and track.. and, you get to pick your spring rates, whereas the teins you really don't know..

i believe the tien SS kit runs in the 400-550 SR range,
and that post is comparing tien HA's to agxs those two are on a completely different spectrum

yes. but i does cover some points of the shock body rusting -which by my understanding, applies to the tien ss as well. ...just trying to help out.

I personally would look at H&R coilover kits...I only rode in them on VW's but I know thier regular springs are hella nice on ef's...Id go with the teins over GC
