rim size for road race civic?
Hey i was askign around about the best rim/tire size for an autox/road race civic, but none of my buddies knew so they told me to post on honda tech, so here it is.
i have a 00 si and i think im gonna go to willow springs on teh 21st. any input would be appreciated!

i would get 16. they will fit a decent size brake kit, and they arn't that heavy. there are also more tire options for 16.
Go 15 at the most. depeding on the class and the rules I would use 13x8.
But 15x7 is a great all around size.
You must be looking in the wrong place.

actual race tires you have more and better options for 15's.

I race with stock Si rims with Falken Azenis (mostly auto-x and a little track time here and there). Perhaps a good rule of thumb: get the smallest size wheel that will fit over your brakes.
