I think everyone has agreed that all CRXs were made in Japan and vins begin with the letter J. I wouldn't consider it J-spec because it doesn't have ANY JDM parts and it has a lower hp engine.
Agreed, for a US car check the first letter of the VIN. It will show the country of origin/manufacture, J = Japan. So while at least some of the USDM cars were made in Japan (I thought some years/models may have come from another plant) that doesn't mean they were J-spec.
Also, I thought the JDM CRX model that came with the ZC motor (EF7?) was the Japanese Si.

thats cool i just thought that i read somewhere on here that the USDM Japaneese built Crx si was a rarity... Guess i was wronge... Thanks for the info...
