Offset required for a 265mm wide rear tire on a S2K?
You can always roll your fenders and they will work. I have Spoon SW388s all around at a +35 front and +45 rear and tuck just fine(still minor rubbing in the front). For normal application Jerry Peterson is right the Mugens will fit (close) and there is no chance for the Volks.
Ccarnel:
What wheels have a 73mm offset? Are you "cutting it close" on the inside or outside of the fender well?
SpoonS2000:
Do you have 265's on your 16" SW388's?
JerryPeterson:
I believe the SE37 has more -offset then the SW388. You don't think they will work?
Do you guys have any pictures? I just picked up an S2 last night and I'm contemplating on the proper offset for a wide tire.

Volk SE37K (+45 offset)

To clarify, JerryPeterson's opinion is that 45 is not enough offset for a 265mm whereas SPOONS2000 says 45 offset works. I know it has to be borderline but I wanted to know if Jerry has had a bad experience with a 45offset/265mm tire on a S2000.-Thanks!
my motegi's in a 40 offset fit just fine. 245 rear 225 front tire sizes (17 inch)
and sorry, i know the pic is HUGE, but im at work now, so cant do much about it
