help! - tokico illuminas
i have a set of illuminas on my civic..
now for me to adjsut them all i need to do is use a flat head screwdriver and turn the top of the shock.. no need to remove my tires like KYBs or something.. right?
but when i just turn the screw up top, i havent noticed any difference when i adjust my shocks.. some ppl suggest that i jack up the car and then adjust the shock to relieve the weight/pressure on the shock..
can someone confirm this??????
does anyone else out there have illuminas?
what the hell am i doing wrong?
not sure if this is relevant but its on my 93 civic hb w/ neuspeed sport springs.. thanks!
sorry if this sounds very n00bish ahha

mine changes instantly also....totally feel a difference from 1 (soft setting) to 5 (stiff setting)...
and u just twist it when your car is resting on the ground?
are u able to continuously turn your screw round and round endlessly?
i honestly dont notice ANY difference

running on old school skunkworks 400f 300r. traded my buddy now im on gc integra rates 380f 250r I think. I always did it when the car was resting on the ground. Never tried turning them endlessly so I wouldnt know.
