i want the BLEEP! BLEEP!

what companies for security systems have that lovly bleep bleep sound when you lock/unlock the doors, of course i want a good securty network in the car, but i NEED the bleep!

so what companies are good? ... or do you recomend?

 

Well all DEI alarms chirp twice when the doors are unlocked and the alarm is disarmed and chirp once when they are locked and the alarm is armed.

i have DEI and besides the chirps i have with it, i also have to sleep with my keys next to my head if i don't park in the garage....it loves to go off at random times..and the neighbors love it, i hope.

 

get your sensors turned down a bit.. sounds to sensitive to me.. i would get a DEI alarm, very great alarm and dei owns about about 1/2 the market nowadays including clifford, autopage and a few others..

 

DEI is the ****. When people come into my store and ask me about alarms I dont even look at the other ones. Straight to the DEI.

When you say "bleep" you want just a regular chirp, or are you looking for somthing that sounds like the BMW's and Mercedes alarms.

here, the french say it " bwip bwip " <---- not kidding.

Autostart has an adjustable horn/ siren feature.

variable pulse duration 5 to 200 ms.

you can get some cool bleeps, bwips, or honks out of it.

 

My Clifford something or rather (sorry cant remember hehe) is very very loud. Like almost ear piercing.

 

who makes the benz alarm? the DEI chrip has gotten on my nerves

 

The newer Clifford alarms make a different chirp than most others (not just talking about the number of chirps... it sounds different). Anything DEI will be good (which is most of the aftermarket alarms out there)
