what is a way to tell if i have a88 hf or a regular its not si cause there is no sunroof so i dunno please i only want to know how i can tell from the apperance of the exterior and interior.

 

If there is a rear wiper it is dx. If there is no rear wiper it is hf. Im not sure about the std though.Also the dx has a clock hf doesn't. Once again not sure about the std.

 

The dx has 2 injectors(black box on top of manifold)and the hf has 4 injectors a solid manifold with no atachments.

 

He means without looking under the hood.

Your car is an HF is you have a lip, no clock, it says HF on the back and if your tach as a redline of 5, also when u step on it takes about a minute to get to 60 Im really considering about selling my 88CRX DX for a 90-91 HF

 

my hf sign is off i dont have astock motor the tach is changed to a jdm one and the clock and the dash was added

 

check your seats, the DX ones will be very similar to Si without hole in headrest. The HF seats will be square looking and very very plain.

 

look and see if your front bumper has a bumper support in it. if its jsut a hollow skin, you got an hf. also, the hf has a funky catalytic converter right on the exhasut manifold, that you can see by looking under the front of the car, along with a 1.5 inch weenie exhaust. also, no cargo cover in the rear.
