Try getting your weatherstripping replaced. It is over a decade old, ya know. Also, as for the hatch area, it could be your tailight seals leaking.
ok so the door weather stripping? and if not that do you think its worth it takeing the interior appart to check if the tubeing maybe got cracked or it moved or something wrather?

for the moonroof leak there are drains for it that run out your wheel wells .if they have been plugged the inside of the roof where the glass slides in fills up to fix this use an air hose to clear the drain lines BECAREFUL you don't blow the seals out .
shibby ok uhmm yeah they run down ive used the air hose thing in the past didnt reaally help much could the lines be broken or perhalps the seals gone?
um, like, yeah, um, like i hope you don't talk like that. anyways, id go to honda and buy new seals for them all. the best $75 you ever spent. after it doesn't leak anymore, replace your carpet and clean everything good.
I had the same problem with my 90 dx but it didnt have a sunroof.
I just took out the carpeting and found out that the body was a little rusty
I just bondoed the rusty spots and I never had another leaky problem.
