Higher oil press. good for high comp? HAMP question also
i just got my shipment of the new smaller sized HAMP filters... i gotta say they are MUCH smaller when next to a reg one. i heard the small ones raise the oil pressure like 5 psi??? anyone else heard this? i also need to know if this is better or worse for my High compression/ NOS motor... thanks

i saw a 4psi difference in my race car from small hamp race to stock honda filter.
More oil pressure is better regardless of induction.

you can put a washer around the pump opening or something like that (i've got the how to if you want it) and it raises pressure no matter what filter you run

Isn't that also a good way to blow up your oil pump?

i would raise pressure from the pump and stick with the regular filter.
