Default Check engine when spraying?

My friend has a 99 Si with the edelbrock wet nitrous kit. Right now he is using a 50 shot. Well, last night he sprayed for the first time and he said it felt like the fuel was trying to cut out, and as soon as he let off the gas he got a check engine light. We hooked it up to an OBD2 meter and it said 02 sensor voltage too high. What does this mean? Is he running lean? Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Does the kit come with NOS and Fuel jets in proportional sizes? Running too rich maybe?
