Default individual TBs

Now im planning for the future, but i own a 96 VTEC and i am planning to go all- motor/ nitrous. and for now i was thinking about getting one of those ebay intakes-on-a-stick filters as a bolt on to start off of. But after this i was think about getting individual throttle bodies, my ? is would this be the way to go for a car that will be used both on the street and on the track? Are they reliable? is it worth it? what are the ups and downs of having it? what kinds of power gains can i expect (w/ cams, head, bottom-end built and proper tuning)?, which is a better bang for that or AEM CAI, large TB, Skunk2 IM ?(when it comes out!), and lasty how much?
