by taking a bulb out it mess's up your connection or something and causes ur signals to blink quicker...or u could go on ebay and buy a relay for like 20

Sorta.

The relay works on resistance. Resistance is created (in a sense) with the bulbs. Remove one of the bulbs, and you reduce the resistance, therefore allowing the relay to work faster...causing the remaining bulbs to blink faster.

it's also an idiot light to the idiot driver to replace his bulbs.

in other words, don't do it. It's annoying. I can teach ya how to FIX it though

I would just go out and buy a relay if you really want it that bad. I dont thing there is anything special to fast blinkers besides getting noticed more when you turn... but if you want you can also use LED brake light bulbs in your turn signals in the back that will also create the faster blinker affect.

I am having turn signal issues. I think my original one broke so i brought it to honda AND acura and they gave me new ones. (dont look the same but they said it supercedes and gave me the newer ones). Anywhoo, i put them in and still they dont work, i get the front right and rear left lights to work, but the others dont work. Anyone can help me? I have the bottom bumper lights removed. could that be the problem? Does the car NEED all the lights in to be fully functional? Thanks

''Speed blinkers" are really gay, but if you want to do it all you have to do is pull out your turn signal bulbs and cut the ground wire. your blinkers will then blink fast.
Like i said this is really stupid and ricey but do what you like.
