street driven-

skunk2 valves/springs/retainers/stage1 cams for the head.

skunk2 ecu program

gsr bottom end- 11.5:1 pistons, eagle rods.

and after about $5000, you'll be ready!

I doubt all that will cost $5000.

Anyway I'd get stage II cams and tuning.

i believe that too. Hondatas can be customized for your car.

not to hijack the thread but...

what is hondata ecu? a non-chipped ecu. its nothing more then a stock program which allows custom fuel/ignition/ maps as well as vtec/rev limit points.

chipped ecu has advantages and disadvantages when compared to hondata (which also isn't perfect)

there are few good programs that are avalible and which will make same power as Hondata (or close to) with excellent fuel economy and driveability.

Port and polished b18c1 head, 189whp. Pretty good cheap setup.
Another I've only heard of, not seen a dyno; of b18c1 bottom end. They said it showed great numbers.

I'm going CTR cams, jdm itr 4-1 header, itr tb, and itr intake manifold...
