i have a 95 GSR with a max rev turbo kit with hondata s200 with boost. i am boosting 5 psi and at 7000 rpm the fuel cuts off. during the dyno session, the tuner disabled all the sensors, ie knock, o2, rev limiter,boost etc, and still the fuel cut off. has anybody ever ran into this? does anyone know why the fuel gets cut off?

 

doesn't the s200 have rev limit removal?

 

we removed all rev limiters. the problem is a fuel cut off, but i dont know why it cuts off.

nope. i have no problems with ignition at all. the fuel just seems to cut off.

 

what kinda ecu are u running?

 

p72 with hondata. its a stock integra gsr 4 door with turbo. still dont know what the fuel cut off is.

 

u did set the map for a vtec car in the settings right?

 

um did you guys upgrade the fuel pump?

 

the fuel pump is still stock, but i dont think the fuel pump needs to be upgraded.

 

tell me what do u have for your fuel system..

 

rc 440 injector and a fpr.

 

just out of curiosity whats your air/fuel ratio at 7k rpm?
Reason i ask is because if your running really rich the car will feel like it hit the rev limiter. That happend to me when i upgraded my turbo.
