JRSC belt/alternator problem
My alternator is moving and as a result has eaten an alternator belt. Could someone shed some light on this subject. Also, my blower belt ended up on the inside rib of the alternator pulley.
On a side note....could someone verify that the alternator only has 2 attachment points on a B16A2 99-00? thanks.
I was seeing 10psi when the belt went also.

Re: JRSC belt/alternator problem (RacerXI)
Here's some thing to check, I see this alot.
There is a bushing that is taken out of the lower alt bracket and pressed into the replacement bracket supplied in the JRSC kit. If the bushing is not in there the alt will not be tight the belt will walk off. The 14mm nut pushes upto the bushing.
Next check your belt tension.

Re: JRSC belt/alternator problem (CRVRX)
If anyone wants to know, it was a combination of problems. The lower idler pulley was loose and the 14mm nut from the square headed alternator bolt was gone. thanks.
