Default what head is the pr3..(b16?)

just wanted to know what head the pr3 is and why the hell does my jdm "itr" engine have this on it. i just did a head gasket swap and the pistons are the jdm itr "00" pistons and the block is a b18c. but why is my head a pr3? the intake manifold is the itr one. i just think i have a b16 head on my engine. just need to know for sure.

Type-R and B16 heads use the same castings. The difference is what is in the Type-R head, along with a mild clean up of the intake ports.
