I plan on buying a 88 dx or std. hatch back.
I was wondering what are some of the most common problems you guys and girls run into with these cars.
I currently own a 92 civic
but i need something to drive on a daily basis...
i have no clue with these slightly older cars.
I see many problems on this board with the cars, but most it looks like user error or its cause from trying to do some neat-o to the car, im leaving mine pretty much stock, just driving everyday, is there any thing i should look for when i go check the out before i buy it.

look for the number one prob on Hondas.......


Rust if you didn't know. thats the main concern, anything else is repairable
