Default Please help asap ,civic hybrid axle questions.

I have a 93 civic DX coupe.

Under the hood is a 93 JDM b16a motor (Cable) converted with a 2000 civic si tranny.

I just busted the drivers side axle and am not sure what type of axle to replace it with.

Some of the axles have smaller splines and some are shorter than others.

I went to buy a new one and the people tried to tell me that I need some kind of custom cut axle with integra junk and stuff.

I know that the car doesnt have ABS and I thought that I needed a civic SI axle.

Ill be watching this post for a while, so any help would be VERY APPRECIATED!!!

Thanks.

you will need axles from a 94-97 del Sol VTEC or the 99-00 Si will also work..

my recommendation would be the del Sol vtec axles, however...

good luck.

Just wondering what you meant by "Cable" in your orignal post.

Maybe he meant that it was a SiR 1 motor (b16a1)? Just a thought.

that would be what he's referring to

probably 1st gen b16 with a hydraulic tranny combo.

That's what I figured originally but I thought 93s were Sir-IIs b16a2 w/hydro tranny. Not to mention he's using a 00 Si hydro tranny.
