Default flywheel

im putting together a gsr motor right now, im just wondering if I NEED to get my flywheel resurfaced again. I had it resurfaced about 6 months ago and drove on it for those 6 months. Is there anything on the flywheel I should look for that'll tell me I really need to get it resurfaced?
